Introduction
Self-suspending proppant is a new type of fracturing proppant that can be suspended in water by combining fracturing proppant with additives such as thickeners through special technology. The self-suspending proppant is mixed with water in a sand mixer during fracturing work, and the net-like interconnected structure between the self-suspending proppant particles quickly builds up a stable suspended fracturing fluid system.
Features
1、Self-suspension, in water sand ratio > 15% full suspension, in slippery water regardless of the sand ratio is high or low full suspension;
2、Self-destructive, full fracture proppant has a relatively high rate of resistance reduction, 4552%;
3、Self-degradation, add 0.1% ammonium persulphate with the sand, automatically break the rubber within 3 hours after entering the well, and the viscosity of the return fluid after breaking the rubber is less than 1.18mPa-s;
4、High strength, 25% lower crushing rate than the same particle size of pottery granules, crushing rate <9% under 86MPa pressure conditions;
5, high infusion, infusion capacity can be increased by 10% compared with the same particle size pottery granules;
6、High sand ratio, the whole fracture proppant mainly uses clear water to carry sand, the optimal sand ratio is 30%, which is more than double of pottery granules, and can reduce the fracturing fluid by 3050%.
