application scope

Clogging caused by profile control and flooding: unclogging of injection wells caused by polymer microspheres, gel particles, bulk particles and lyophilised dissection systems; clogging caused by polymer at the extraction end of polymer drives; clogging caused by incomplete fracturing and fracture rejection of polymer fracturing fluid systems during fracturing, incomplete gel breaking, and physico-chemical cross-linking of polymer with metal ions, clay and organic debris in highly mineralised water during post-production.

technical characteristics

The unblocker contains no redox substances, is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive, and is a non-dangerous chemical. It can be used at room temperature to 90°C. It can effectively degrade polymers and dissolve polymer scales. The corrosion rate of carbon steel is <1.0g/(m2-h), which is lower than the indicator of corrosion inhibition rate <2g/(m2-h) in SY/T5405-2019 "Test method and evaluation index of corrosion inhibitor performance for acidification" level 1.

Our polymer unblocking technology is environmentally friendly, with good gel-breaking effect and long lasting action time. For high water injection pressure due to polyacrylamide-type gels, gel particles and polymer microspheres for oil fields, the pressure reduction effect is obvious and applicable.
